I’ve been practising yoga with Sarah now for several years now. I started as I wanted a long term solution to chronic back pain and injuries brought on by long hours spent in front of computer screens during the week and reckless DIY around home and car at the weekends.
Since starting yoga I have had no reoccurance of my back problems and my general physique has continued to improve. An added side effect appears to be that I can now eat considerably more of the food I like to eat, without having to resort to emergency trousers and an ill-planned diet regime every quarter to counter the effects.
Sarah makes her classes accessible to the absolute beginner but of sufficient variety to continue to appeal and challenge. Each class features a range of themed but balanced exercises, and the 90 minute duration allows for an unhurried experience with time to warm up and cool down afterwards.

I returned to Sarah's yoga classes after nearly a two year absence. Since I have rejoined, she has greatly helped improve on parts of my well being and health.
Not only has my posture improved, but her classes have also ridded me of my knee troubles, which has now allowed me to return to my passion of running competitively. Her classes have also improved my running strength and stamina and also helped improve my diabetes by helping me maintain a healthy blood-sugar level.
